Where the lower third splits again

The bottom third of the face subdivides again at the mouth: the distance from nose base to the lip line, against the distance from the lip line to the bottom of the chin. Classical guidance puts this near 1:2, meaning the chin section is roughly twice the lip section. It is a strong driver of whether a lower face reads as balanced or compressed.
